Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, working closely with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Process and manage invoices in a timely and accurate manner to ensure payments to vendors.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, verify transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain financial accuracy.
- Expense Handling: Utilize Skovik as the tool for expense handling.
- Month-End Closing Support: Assist with reporting and ensure all payables are accounted for.
- Internal Liaison: Liaise with internal teams and vendors, handle queries, and ensure seamless communication.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience: Experience in Accounts Payable or finance, preferably in an international company.
- Attention to Detail: Be detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- ERP System Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems, knowledge of Medius and Netsuite (a plus).
