Job Description

This role involves structured planning, follow-up, and leadership of project teams, ensuring close dialogue with stakeholders and the success of projects and their product lifecycle.

Frequent travel to Karlskoga is required, where you will be based alongside the majority of the development engineers and project management team.

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  2. Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken.
  3. Leadership competence from project management, preferably within development and engineering.
  4. Experience with PPM tools (e.g., Antura, MS Project, JIRA) and/or ERP tools is a merit.
