The Legal & Governance function within our Supply chain plays a vital role in providing comprehensive legal counsel across various domains.

As a key addition to our team, you will be instrumental in enhancing our legal support for the Supply chain's business units, particularly IKEA Industry and IKEA Components, as well as indirect procurement for the Inter IKEA Group.

This role has become available due to the retirement of a colleague and presents a valuable opportunity to join our local team of lawyers in Malmö, Sweden.

1. You will engage closely with colleagues from various departments and regions to drive shared objectives.

2. You will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and finalizing diverse contracts at both the local and international levels.

3. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing practical legal guidance to stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions on issues arising during supplier management, including disputes, claims, and regulatory compliance.

4. You will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of policies, processes, template agreements, checklists, and other tools to support our business activities.

5. You will also play a key role in training and developing contract managers who work alongside lawyers.

6. You will help select, manage, and develop external legal partners to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality support.
