About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher in Fiber Development to join our team in Mölndal, Sweden. As a Senior Researcher, you will play a key role in driving the development of new fiber materials and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and development in the field of solution spinning
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to develop new fiber materials and technologies
  • Initiate and lead research projects and applied research and development assignments with industrial customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Manage and initiate new projects and assignments
  • Build internal and external networks

Requirements

  • Master's and probably also a doctoral degree in materials science/polymer technology/textile technology or an equivalent subject area
  • Several years of experience in textile fiber development, preferably in the area of solution spinning
  • Strong knowledge of fiber processing equipment and practical experimental work
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and lead major initiatives
