**Job Overview**

AvePoint is seeking a Partner Development Manager to recruit, convert, and enable prospective MSP's and VAR partners. In this role, you'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, building partner relationships, and executing sales plays.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Proactively source new prospects
  • Nurture, cross-sell, and upsell existing MSP partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive results

**Requirements**

  • 2-3 years previous partner management experience in SaaS
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field
  • Strong communication skills to articulate company vision and product changes
  • Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly
