Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Group Manager of Battery Cell Development to join our Electromobility organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing battery cell testing plans, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project deliveries meet expectations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, data science, or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in development or test. Your ability to understand battery technology and people will be essential in building a high-performing team. You should also possess excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and a proven track record of delivering results on time.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute battery cell testing plans
- Manage stakeholders and ensure project deliveries meet expectations
- Lead a high-performing team
- Drive collaboration across Electromobility
- Continuously improve processes and deliverables
Requirements:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics, or Chemistry
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience from working with development or test
- Experience from leading organizations with complex tasks and coaching empowered teams
- Development or test of batteries (hi/low voltage), electrical driveline, and/or power electronics (Battery cell)
- Data analytics
- Driver's license (B-level)
