About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Design Engineer to join our team in Boras, Sweden. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative warehouse and distribution solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop high-quality warehouse and distribution solutions that meet client requirements and specifications.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information from current and prospective clients, ensuring proposals and presentations meet client expectations.
  3. Assist senior management in producing internal and external proposals and presentations, contributing relevant sections and participating in presentations as required.
  4. Conduct solution operational reviews alongside the Site Manager to secure operational and financial approvals.
  5. Ensure all design and analysis tasks are completed within agreed-upon timescales, maintaining efficiency and meeting project milestones.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations and experience in designing and implementing solutions in a logistics environment. You will possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information to a wide range of stakeholders. Experience working in third-party logistics environments and new business implementations is desirable.
