About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical UI Designer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Technical UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our games, working closely with engineers, scripters, and other disciplines to implement features that meet gameplay goals, accessibility, and technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement user interfaces that align with gameplay goals and technical standards.
  • Work with engineers and scripters to implement features and ensure seamless integration with the game engine.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces that meet accessibility and usability standards.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new features and gameplay mechanics.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure the highest quality user experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in game development, with a focus on user interface design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of game engines and programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for creating engaging and accessible user experiences.
