The Opportunity

We're seeking a forward-thinking Supply Specialist to join our team in Helsingborg. As a key member of our supply chain team, you'll collaborate closely with commercial teams and other local functions to drive business results. Your responsibilities will include ensuring correct supply and inventory levels for your agreed product portfolio, monitoring sales forecasts and production plans, and communicating effectively with planners and sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supply Management Role: Independently responsible for ensuring correct supply and inventory levels for your agreed product portfolio for the Swedish market. This requires systematic monitoring of sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production and delivery plans as well as timely communication with defined planners and sites.
  2. Supply Chain Business Partner: Responsible for ensuring smooth and continuously developing collaboration with the local commercial team responsible for Teva's Innovative Business including proprietary and other branded prescription pharmaceuticals.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Commercial acumen and a systematic and analytic way of working
  • Proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Swedish required, familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems helpful
  • Background in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics
