About this Role

As a skilled Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations comply with applicable regulations and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with the General Counsel, taking ownership of areas within the regulated parts of our operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on regulatory matters, including GDPR, DORA, and MiCAR
  • Supporting the development of internal policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Staying up-to-date on relevant legislative changes and adapting our approach accordingly
  • Contributing to training and internal awareness efforts on legal matters

About You

We are looking for a self-driven, solution-oriented individual with a practical and proactive approach to solving challenges. A Swedish law degree and 5 years of post-graduate experience in financial regulations are essential. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English are also required.
