About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Leader to join our EATS team at Volvo Group Trucks Technology. As a key player in our section, you will be responsible for leading project deliveries within EATS, both for platform and application. Your mandate will include prioritizing work to suit overall section and project deliveries, managing project budgets, and leading technical project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project deliveries within EATS, including project planning, industrialization, and maintenance activities.
  • Take charge of project budgeting and financial management.
  • Lead technical project teams and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate hardware and software releases, as well as prototype planning and design reviews.
  • Understand and manage calibration and functional development.
About the Team

You will join a passionate and diverse team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Our team is responsible for EATS global system engineering, technical lead, and simulations of thermo- and fluid dynamic processes within the exhaust aftertreatment systems.

Requirements
  • M.Sc. in Chemical, Electronic, Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
  • 8+ years of experience in automotive product development within relevant field, preferably EATS or Combustion.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and coordinating technology and technology teams/project teams in an international environment.
  • Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
