Sales Leadership Opportunity in the Nordics

The Enterprise Account Executive role at ProMark presents a unique sales leadership opportunity in the Nordics. As a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in enterprise software sales, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in Sweden, a key market for our company. Your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships with some of Sweden's most respected companies.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, creativity, and adaptability. As a sales leader, you will need to navigate complex enterprise environments, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs. In return, you will have the opportunity to shape our sales strategies, contribute to our commercial growth, and play an active part in rebuilding our Swedish office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate our commercial strategy by introducing a more structured outbound approach
  • Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Contribute to the development of our sales strategies and tactics

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of SaaS B2B enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong lead generation and outreach skills, with the ability to proactively create opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential for success in this role
