Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Facility Manager to join our team in Landskrona. The successful candidate will drive and oversee property management, leading a dedicated team of four multi-skilled employees, and report directly to our Factory Flow Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Property planning and maintenance
  • Communication with the municipality and other stakeholders regarding the property
  • Sourcing and developing external contracts for services like snow removal, office cleaning, and gardening
  • Executing orders and supervising contractors
  • Ensuring surfaces in the area are clean, attractive, and functional
  • Security arrangements, including external shell protection, personal security, and fire safety
  • Front office function
  • Pest control and shell protection to ensure HACCP compliance
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in property management
  • Experience in outsourcing contract management
  • Education in Facility Management
  • Proficiency in Office package: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Bonus Skills:
  • Leadership experience, maintenance planning, and sourcing training
  • Environmental Management
