Senior Security and Resilience Risk Officer

Job Overview

Vattenfall is seeking a Senior Security and Resilience Risk Officer to join our Corporate Security & Resilience function in Solna.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the mitigation of security-related risks and regulatory compliance across the Vattenfall Group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management methodologies and models, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, coordinate, and adapt security and resilience risks, including other closely related risks.
  • Maintain the risk inventory and associated processes in close coordination with business and staff functions.
  • Participate in risk quantification and aggregation.
  • Provide reports and data analysis.
  • Ensure risk system continuous maintenance and improvement.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., data management, economics, risk management).
  • At least 7 years of practical experience in Enterprise Risk Management or similar.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience from GDPR and Swedish Protective Security Act.
  • Experience from the energy business.
  • A good understanding of one or more of our core company languages (English, German, Dutch).
