About the Position

Biltema Nordic Services is seeking a skilled Data Architect to join their IT department in Helsingborg. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and supporting Biltema's digital platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop logical and physical data models, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.
  • Develop data pipelines and platforms using various tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, Kafka, Azure, etc.
  • Optimize and tune data performance, scalability, and availability.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across different data sources and systems.
  • Implement data governance policies and standards, such as data lineage, data catalog, data quality, data security, and data privacy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in data modeling, data warehousing, data integration, and data quality.
  • Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language, such as Python, C#, Scala, etc.
  • Experience with various data tools and technologies, such as ETL, BI, OLAP, NoSQL, Hadoop, Kafka.
  • Strong knowledge in Azure data architecture and offerings.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
