As we enter a phase of international growth, with customers across multiple regions, we are looking for experienced software engineers to help us become the global leader in teltech.

About the role

You will work with a team of skilled engineers to build modern architecture and technology. Our backend is built using Golang and runs on AWS using Kubernetes. We use gRPC for communication between backend services and React for the front end. We primarily use PostgreSQL databases with event sourcing, supplemented by ClickHouse for specific use cases.

As we are still in the early stages of building the platform, you will play a crucial role in shaping and designing foundational components. As the company expands, you will help us tackle new challenges, scaling our platform from tens of thousands to hundreds of millions of users.

We have openings in multiple teams, and hiring will be based on your background, skills, and technical interests. For the right person, there might also be opportunities to take on a leading technical role, helping the team build a clear technical vision and make strategic technology choices as we scale.

About you

We think you are an experienced software engineer who has worked at several companies, including at least one startup, and grown with them from an early stage. You are comfortable working with Go (or similar) in a backend-focused full-stack role and are familiar with occasional front-end work with React. You are excited about joining a scaleup journey where you will shape both product and technology while working in a small, high-autonomy team.

  • 5+ years of experience as a backend/full-stack engineer in a modern tech environment.
  • Strong experience with Go (Golang) and SQL (bonus for GraphQL, React, and Typescript).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and solve complex technical problems as a team.
