Göteborg Kruthusgatan's Energy, Recovery and Environmental (ERE) Service team is seeking a skilled Operations Planner to join its ranks.

The ERE Service team provides comprehensive services and solutions for existing power and recovery boilers. We also work with evaporation plants, lime kilns and flue gas cleaning. Our projects are diverse, ranging from small-scale renovations to large-scale installations.

As an Operations Planner, your primary responsibility is to manage project schedules to ensure timely completion. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide accurate schedule information, identify potential delays and risks. In complex projects, you will support senior project managers with technical coordination of engineering activities, purchases, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with project teams and managers to maintain project progress.
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project or similar software.
  • Assist project managers in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Support Sales by providing simplified delivery schedules including main milestones that serve as a framework for delivery projects.
