As a Safety and Reliability Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on leading the systematic process safety work within Chemical Production Uppsala (CPU).

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and initiating activities to improve process safety. You will also be responsible for leading critical incident investigations and developing corrective and preventive actions.

Your expertise will help us identify contributing factors and provide support to managers and train employees in process safety, including HOP and PHA.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in process safety, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline. Experience within the process industry, project work, and root cause investigations and barrier analysis is essential.

Apart from technical skills, you should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both Swedish and English. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process safety, we welcome your application.
