About the role

You'll collaborate with a talented team of engineers to design and develop modern architecture and technology. Our backend is built using Golang and runs on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration. Communication between backend services utilizes gRPC, while the front end relies on React. We primarily utilize PostgreSQL databases with event sourcing, complemented by ClickHouse for specific use cases.

As we navigate the early stages of building the platform, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping foundational components. As the company expands, you'll contribute to tackling new challenges, scaling our platform from tens of thousands to hundreds of millions of users.

We have openings in multiple teams, and hiring will be based on your background, skills, and technical interests. For the right individual, there may be opportunities to assume a leading technical role, driving the team's technical vision and strategic technology decisions as we scale.

About you

We believe you're an accomplished software engineer with experience working at multiple companies, including at least one startup, and growing with them from an early stage. You're comfortable working with Go (or similar) in a backend-focused full-stack role and are familiar with occasional front-end work with React. You're excited about joining a scaleup journey where you'll shape both product and technology while working in a small, high-autonomy team.

What we look for

  • 5+ years of experience as a backend/full-stack engineer in a modern tech environment.
  • Strong experience with Go (Golang) and SQL (bonus for GraphQL, React, and Typescript).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and solve complex technical problems as a team.
