Job Description
The Raw Material Leader will be responsible for driving the implementation of IKEA's Forest Agenda 2030, which aims to ensure responsible wood sourcing and strategic wood supply direction. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing strategies for responsible forest management
- Collaborating with stakeholders to promote sustainable forest management practices
- Identifying opportunities for innovation in forest management
- Engaging with forest certification systems to uphold certification integrity
- Building partnerships with NGOs, academia, and other stakeholders to improve and advance IKEA's leadership in responsible forestry

This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to balance sustainability goals with business objectives, and a deep understanding of forest ecosystems functions, the role of forests in climate and biodiversity, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
