We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Support Specialist to join our team at NKT Cables-china. This role will be based in Karlskrona, Sweden and will involve providing 1st level SAP support and optimization of SAP processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP ERP and a keen interest in contributing to high-quality support. They should enjoy working in a diverse environment and appreciate that problems are solved through teamwork.

As a Support Specialist, you will perform 1st level SAP support and act as the primary contact person for SAP/ERP users. You will also collaborate with related stakeholders and users, both within and outside the organization. Additionally, you will work closely with the Digital Core SAP/ERP organization and your business organization to develop strategies, roadmaps, and business case processes.

The position involves solving 1st level SAP support tickets and communicating with users and other stakeholders regarding system support. You will also be responsible for supporting improvement projects, including testing, documentation, and training. Furthermore, you will implement changes into the SAP systems together with the Digital Core SAP/ERP organization according to Group IT procedures and policies.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Swedish is essential, as is knowledge of SAP technologies, modules, and procedures. A minimum of 3 years' experience in SAP/ERP support is required, and possessing certifications such as ITIL, Prince2, or BPM would be beneficial.
