Our products are designed to enhance relationships with friends, family, and the world. We are seeking a motivated Working Student: Sales Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm.

This 12-month contract will provide students with industry exposure and hands-on experience. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information, developing and communicating recommendations, and driving cross-functional projects with Sales, Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, and Product teams.

You will also design and develop dashboards and reporting tools for operational business impact, support the Swedish and Norwegian Sales team with ad-hoc operational tasks, and develop social media know-how, mobile apps, and/or digital/mobile marketing skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Gather and analyze information, and develop and communicate recommendations.
  2. Design and develop dashboards and reporting tools for operational business impact.
  3. Drive cross-functional projects with Sales, Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, and Product teams.
  4. Support the Swedish and Norwegian Sales team with ad-hoc operational tasks.
Requirements
  1. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and spreadsheet skills (MS Excel or Google Sheets).
  2. Social media know-how, mobile apps, and/or digital/mobile marketing.
  3. Ability to rapidly run ad hoc reports and organize output effectively in spreadsheets and presentations.
  4. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and someone who feels comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
  6. Ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Detail-oriented person who has a high sense of urgency and good organizational/project managing skills.
  8. Someone who is self-directed and proactive.
