Role Description:

As a Java Stability Expert at Inside Java, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and quality of our software. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving JVM bugs, working closely with our JVM development and support teams.

Your responsibilities will include helping to diagnose, debug, and resolve customer-reported bugs. With the flexibility to work remotely, you can collaborate with global teams using Zoom calls.

You will work on problems affecting Java stability in production, develop code fixes, and suggest configuration changes. You will also advise customers on alternative approaches and learn to work with the entire software stack.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Passion for troubleshooting software issues
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming languages
  • Familiarity with popular debugging tools
