Usability Specialist

Are you passionate about usability engineering and eager to make a meaningful difference for patients?

As a Senior Usability Specialist in R&D, you'll be a key player in keeping users at the center of the development process.

1. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across commercial, marketing, R&D, risk management, and more.
2. Plan and execute usability tests: From interviewing end users to analyzing results and reporting.
3. Communication & Presentation: Bring the users close in during the development process in projects and train the organization in usability processes and methods.
4. Lead the usability engineering process: Ensure compliance to ISO 62366 and other regulatory standards while continuously improving processes and support colleagues.
5. Documentation: Own the usability engineering file and related test protocols, reports, and analyses.
