Job Overview

Tesla Finance Team's mission is to improve the company operationally and financially by working cross-functionally to control costs and improve processes.

Role Summary:
  • Lead the financial reporting activities for multiple Tesla entities in the Nordics region.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures, IT software tools, and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish controls and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a graduate degree in finance or controlling, relevant working experience, preferably in a similar position, and extensive knowledge of local accounting for one or more of the countries.

You should also have a solid understanding of financial reporting, financial processes, and control environment in an international context, as well as experience with AX Dynamics or similar financial reporting package.

In addition, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and accurately under strict deadlines, and written and spoken proficiency in English and one additional language is welcome.
