As a key member of our Quality and Continuous Improvement function, you will apply your technical and operational expertise to develop and implement local continuous improvement initiatives, driving data-driven operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement local continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the global team to drive the implementation of global initiatives aligned with global targets
• Act as a bridge between the global team and local resources in Sweden
• Provide training and coaching to local resources on Continuous Improvement tools
• Oversee the local roadmap of improvement projects
