About the Role

We are seeking a talented HIL Engineer to join our dynamic team at SEGULA Technologies and support our clients in revolutionizing their testing processes. As a HIL Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems, integrating Simulink plant models within the dSpace toolchain, and collaborating with multiple development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HIL setups, focusing on hardware and software connections
  • Integrate Simulink models into dSpace HIL systems
  • Collaborate closely with development teams across different domains
  • Share workload within a small, dedicated team to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent
  • Experience with dSpace HIL-systems
  • Proficient in Matlab/Simulink for modeling and simulation
  • Solid understanding of electronics and wiring
  • Knowledge of real-time controls, vehicle dynamics, and combustion engines
  • Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with software development tools and processes (Git, CI/CD, Agile)
  • Experience with test automation and verification tools (Pytest, Robot Framework)
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, CANalyzer, CANoe)
  • Valid Swedish driver's license
  • Swedish language skills are highly meritorious
