About This Role

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with banking regulation, preferably in an implementation role, and excellent communication and English language skills. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively and focus on delivering high-quality complex projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently plan, scope, structure, and drive projects and programmes
  • Manage stakeholders at all organisational levels effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure progress on deliveries across Transaction Banking according to the set milestones

Team Overview

The Regulatory Implementation team is part of the TxB Product Management unit, which consists of common divisional capabilities that serve the whole Transaction Banking area and our 9.5 million private and 500,000 corporate customers.

Our team currently has 4 Project Leaders and aims to grow, working with projects across Nordea's main markets – Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working with banking regulation, preferably in an implementation role
  • Excellent communication and English language skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and focus on delivering high-quality complex projects
