Job Description

The Product Quality Leader will hold a pivotal role in managing short-term quality improvements of our products in use by customers. This involves working closely with our technical support staff and Product Managers to investigate and prioritize quality issues reported by customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations of field quality issues
  • Coordinate and prioritize quality actions to ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and implement improvement processes to enhance product quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues

Requirements: We are seeking an individual with a strong background in quality engineering and at least five years of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and networking skills, as well as the ability to lead project teams effectively.
