Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our autonomous products. As a UX Designer at Einride, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the user experience design of our autonomous products from concept to launch, ensuring a safe, intuitive, and efficient user interface.
  • Collaborate with the Human Factors and HMI team to design user interfaces for autonomous and remote operations, focusing on user needs, interactions, and cognition in complex user environments.
  • Develop end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple, people-centric, and aligned with product requirements, maintaining a high bar for quality through proactive feedback and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with HMI and UX in safety-critical industries such as automotive, aviation, shipping, and process control.
  • Experience working with reducing human error and enhancing human performance in the interaction between user and system.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams, collaborating with product, tech, human factors, and user research.
  • Strong interaction design skills, with a focus on people's needs guiding the design of experiences.
  • Strong systems design thinking, bringing clarity and structure to complex flows and products.
  • Experience participating in identifying opportunities, developing goals, and making decisions based on people and business needs.
  • Strong storytelling skills, able to bring work to life when presenting to product teams and stakeholders.
