Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our Power Quality Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE standards, practices, and procedures, as well as driving behavioral change to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture throughout the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HSE standards, practices, and procedures
• Drive behavioral change to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:
• Previous experience in HSE, ideally in the building and construction sector or project business in the energy sector
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, EHS, or OHS
• 5-10 years of working experience in HSE
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Swedish work environment law and electrical safety a plus
