We're looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Architect to join our team.

As a Machine Learning Architect, you will design, implement, and deploy advanced AI models with a strong focus on large language models (LLM) and natural language processing (NLP).

Key responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning AI models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.

You will also design and implement LLM and NLP models employing techniques like LoRA and adapters for optimal performance.

Additionally, you will preprocess and engineer features for large-scale datasets, ensuring readiness for model training.

Deploying ML models to production using MLOPs practices, containerization tools, and cloud platforms is another crucial responsibility.

Utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch for neural network and ML model development is essential.

Optimizing and evaluating model performance, implementing tuning strategies to improve results is also a key aspect of the role.

Collaborating with multiple teams using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions is a critical component of the job.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods is necessary.

Proficiency in Python, with experience in NN and ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch is required.

Experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments using MLOPs best practices is also necessary.

Familiarity with containerization tools and cloud platforms is essential.

Expertise in preprocessing large datasets and performing feature engineering for LLM training is critical.

Experience in training and fine-tuning LLMs and NLP models is also necessary.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, communicating technical concepts clearly is required.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile team is essential.

Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and preferably Swedish is necessary.
