About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Regulatory Affairs team focused on the Biostimulator portfolio and other Medical devices. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies to obtain and maintain product licenses in key markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic work for regulatory activities within the team in close collaboration with the Department Head and team managers.
  • Develop overall regulatory strategies for new marketing applications worldwide.
  • Manage a team of Regulatory Affairs professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of regulatory projects.
  • Develop and implement working methods and routines for the team.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary resources and competencies to succeed.
  • Drive key regulatory affairs projects and activities across the organization.
Requirements
  • Hold a university degree in a life science area such as Pharmaceutical Science or similar.
  • Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Management experience.
  • Ability to create a vision of change and build commitment to this vision for the team.
  • Self-driven, flexible, methodical, and able to structure work and manage multiple requests while maintaining timelines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
