As a seasoned Enterprise Software Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding Avature's presence in the market. Your expertise in enterprise software solutions, combined with your strong analytical and communication skills, will enable you to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Engineer to join our Presales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, designing and implementing customized enterprise software solutions, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discovery: Conduct thorough assessments of customer enterprise software needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement customized enterprise software solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaboration & Customer Support: Work closely with customers to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of enterprise software solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with and share expertise with other members of the Avature Presales team to enhance collective knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective enterprise software solutions.
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and practices.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Practitioner (CAPM), or similar certifications are highly desirable.
