Job Description

The Commercial Support Manager role offers a unique opportunity to be part of our exciting establishment phase in Boden, Sweden.

This challenging and thrilling job provides a dynamic and multicultural environment where you will have varied tasks and be involved in both big and small initiatives.

Your mission will evolve alongside our organization, focusing initially on building up the organization.

You will work operationally and supportively within the business area, primarily in contracts, finance, monitoring/follow-up, and administration.

You play a key role in our establishment of the organization in Boden and provide support to our managers and leadership.

You will collaborate with our commercial department at SMS group.

  • Negotiate long-term contracts for various goods and services
  • Monitor and administrate changes in contracts
  • Control budgets during the startup phase, identifying deviations
  • Control and analyze maintenance budget
  • Prepare cash flow reports and planning
  • Prepare cost forecasts and reports
  • Prepare profit and loss reports and planning
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant academic degree, such as economics or finance, coupled with commercial background/experience.

You must be able to adapt to a flexible and evolving environment and have a solution-oriented and goal-oriented approach to your work.

Additionally, it's essential that you possess:

  • An independent and methodical approach to work
  • A sense of responsibility, reliability, and adherence to deadlines
  • A team-oriented way of work
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge and experience in MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of English, both verbal and written; German language skills would be an asset
