Success in this role requires:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS B2B Company.
- Understanding of how companies and organizations work with goals, skills development, and learning.
- Natural ability to build relationships with people in leading positions and manage their expectations.
- Well-developed sense of language, and the ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
- Ability to quickly learn new digital tools and define yourself as tech-savvy.
