About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily operations of our Windows server environments.
  • Improve and future-proof our environments.
  • Resolve problems and issues.
  • Document processes and procedures.
  • Manage incident and request tickets.
  • Automate daily operations.
  • Communicate with users to understand their needs and adapt our services accordingly.
  • Understand our entire IT infrastructure and assist with projects and daily operations.
  • Manage Active Directory and Group Policy.
Requirements
  • Higher education in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience in IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with large data center operations.
  • PKI and certificate management.
  • Management of high-availability infrastructure environments.
  • Knowledge of other operating systems (Linux).
  • Knowledge of automation and scripting in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and hypervisor products (VMware and Nutanix).
  • Knowledge of SCCM.
  • Experience working according to ITIL.
