Job Description:

We are seeking a Legal Counsel, generalist, with a Swedish law degree and at least 5 years of experience working at a law firm or in-house with general business law.

The person we are looking for is goal-oriented, curious and eager to learn. You will get the chance to impact the company success story through your day-to-day work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Degree of Master of Laws (Sw. jur. kand./juristexamen) from a Swedish University.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience from a reputable business law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel in an international legal or business environment.
• Extensive experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating different types of agreements.
• Experience within any of the fields of intellectual property, market law, sustainability, corporate law or indirect procurement is an advantage.
