Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Nixu Corporation. As a key member of our Detection and Response Unit, you will play a critical role in preventing and responding to complex security incidents.

• Handle security incident cases, participating in DFIR/Tier 3 shift on-call rotation
• Run combined physical and digital investigations, handling evidence, log examination, and analysis
• Develop incident response processes and participate in project-based work related to cybersecurity

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in incident response and/or digital forensics
• Understanding of threat actors' tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and indicators of attack (IOAs)
• Experience in network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies
• Knowledge of SOC/CIRT/CSIRT operations, APT ecosystems, and malware analysis
• Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (e.g., Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian) and proficiency in English

• Familiarity with operating systems, especially Microsoft Windows and on-premises Active Directory architecture
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure (e.g., Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure)
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and incident response team operations
• Strong ability to write technical reports in English and knowledge of chain-of-evidence
