Main Objectives
  • Engage with customers to identify potential leads, create a pipeline of prospects, and drive conversions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, answering their questions, and presenting our products in a compelling and personalized manner.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other relevant departments to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall improvement of our sales processes and product proposition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles in CRM systems, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
