About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Medical Expert to join our team in Sweden. As a medical advisor, you will work closely with experts and academic centers, attending scientific congresses and arranging advisory groups to establish professional relationships and maintain a local and Scandinavian scope.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with experts and academic centers.
• Developing and delivering high-quality scientific presentations and medical education content for health professionals.
• Proactively identifying and addressing emerging medical and scientific trends.
• Supporting the development and implementation of medical affairs strategies.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of scientific/medical information.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• Advanced degrees in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
• Native-level fluency in written and oral Swedish and English.
• Ability to travel frequently within Sweden and Scandinavia.
• Background in oncology/hematology is desirable.
• Experience in medical affairs roles within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Strong clinical experience and research background (PhD) is an asset.
