We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our ERIEYE & Sensor Project Management Office within Airborne Early Warning.
As a seasoned leader in project management, you will guide subproject managers to excel in all aspects of project execution, ensuring success and securing plans through clear guidance and oversight.
The ERIEYE & Sensors organization is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining Airborne Early Warning Systems, such as the GlobalEye, which is the world's most advanced airborne surveillance system.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Develop and implement project plans and strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and address project risks and opportunities.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide leadership and guidance to subproject managers, empowering them to take ownership of their projects.
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and progress.
