Drive New Service Sales
We are seeking a proactive sales hunter to join our team and drive new service sales in the Nordic region. As a member of our established Service Sales Teams, you will be responsible for targeting new customer growth by promoting and selling our aftersales services.
This is a challenging role that requires passion, enthusiasm, and tenacity to seek out new opportunities and execute on them. You will be supported by enterprise tools, data sets, valuable customer insight, and value selling concepts to deliver targeted growth.
You will also ensure effective adoption of Company systems, tools, pricing policies, and sales processes. Through the use of current market intelligence and industry networking tools, you will blend field activity with conversations with new clients to capture any opportunities available.
The role will require approximately 30-50 days of travel per year for customer meetings. We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development: Drive new service sales in the Nordic region, targeting new customer growth and promoting aftersales services.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, internal and market data, and social media.
- Negotiation and Closing: Close deals and achieve sales targets using strong negotiation skills.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record of achieving results in field sales and business development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and build relationships with potential clients.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Self-Motivation and Drive: Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
