We are looking for a Commercial Leadership Role holder who can lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals in Sweden.

This key position involves influencing strategic direction and performance while fostering strong relationships with top partner accounts and negotiating deals focused on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer engagement.

You will work closely with our Marketing & Product team, Operations teams, and other internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve merchant experience, and ensure alignment in the delivery of post-sale services to merchants.

Your responsibilities will include defining and executing strategies to improve merchant coverage, conducting business reviews with key merchants, monitoring financial performance, and driving revenue growth through pricing strategies and renegotiations.
