Job Description

As a Product Quality Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver sustainable transportation solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality strategies that align with business objectives
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver sustainable transportation solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize quality improvements
  • Developing and maintaining quality metrics and reporting systems
  • Identifying and mitigating quality risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Experience working with quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis and 8D
