Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduling Specialist to join our team at LutechResources.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and control procedures, best practices, and analysis for various project sizes and types.

  • Safety: Lead a safety-minded Planning & Scheduling team, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Contract: Work with clients to develop contract details into fit-for-purpose Planning & Scheduling deliverables.
  • Scope/Execution: Assist project disciplines in planning, aligning, and scheduling their scopes.
  • Personnel: Manage work distribution, personal, and technical challenges for the team.
  • Quality: Apply the Company Quality System on projects and ensure high-quality output from individual scheduling specialists.

Candidates should have advanced technical education (B.Sc./M.Sc. or equivalent) and 8-13 years of experience (Level I), or 10-18 years (Level II).
