Marine Surveyor

Bureau Veritas Switzerland AG is seeking a highly skilled Marine Surveyor to join our team in the Stockholm region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that ships and marine materials meet regulations and standards through surveys, audits, and inspections.

This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a role where technical expertise and responsibility went hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing surveys and inspections of marine materials and equipment and ships in line with applicable rules and regulations,
• Carrying out audits and inspections (e.g., ISM/ISPS and MLC),
• Ensuring that all reports are thorough, factual, and delivered on time,
• Working closely with customers and colleagues to find the best solutions,
• Keeping skills up-to-date through relevant training and courses.
