20th Century Historian

We're seeking a talented Content Designer to bring their expertise to our team at Paradox Interactive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing gameplay systems, and collaborating with the design team to deliver a cohesive and immersive game experience.

Main Objectives:

• Develop and implement gameplay systems and experiences that meet the game's quality and feel standards.

• Research and write high-quality historical narratives and non-historical storylines.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive and engaging game experiences.

• Maintain and develop in-game scripts and code to support gameplay mechanics.

Essential Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of strategy games and history, especially in the Second World War era.

• Excellent writing skills and expertise in American English.

• Proven experience in narrative design, game design, or similar roles within the modding community.

• Proficient in code-based scripting.
