About the Role

We are seeking a talented Design Lead to join our team at Resourced, a fast-growing FashionTech startup. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for our web application.

Your primary focus will be on creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our CTO/Product Owner and the rest of the team to ensure that our product is both beautiful and functional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop pixel-perfect designs for our web application
  • Collaborate with the CTO/Product Owner and the team to ensure design alignment with business goals
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience
  • Excellent graphic design skills, including proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and project management skills
