We are seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist to join our team at Saab Inc. in Sweden. As a key member of our Business Area Surveillance, you will play a crucial role in managing external and internal security requirements, identifying and preventing security threats, and supporting the business with their systematic information security work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Information security and communications management
- Risk management
- Compliance management
- Incident- and crisis management, including incident investigations
- Subject matter expert to IT accreditation forums
- Teaching, training, and presentations
Requirements:
- A university degree and/or equivalent competence acquired through work-life experience in information security, IT security, risk management, or similar
- Proficient communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in working with information security
- Proficiency in and practical application of information security standards such as ISO 27001 and/or NIST in a global business context
Desirable Skills:
- Experience from working with security accreditation and security design of IT systems
- Experience from working for a governmental authority or in a global company including understanding of information security-related issues in the various business processes
- Experience from working with protective security (säkerhetsskydd), including COMSEC (signalskydd)
- Leadership or project management experience
Personal Qualities:
- Trustworthiness with strong ethics and a high personal integrity
- Ability to build and cultivate networks and good relations inside as well as outside your own organization
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, always maintaining focus on the business and team result
- Understanding of the need for balanced security in a business-driven environment

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection. For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
